At the end of the discussions we will both have a clear expectation of how we will work together. I like to work collaboratively and communication is important to me. Keeping each other 'in the loop' leads to successful delivery of the work. If at any point I am unsure I will ask you to clarify before proceeding. Fear not I won't be on the phone every five minutes. I just see it as essential that we don't rely on telepathy!
